Some update on this.
There was indeed an issue in Servers Alive (probably introduced in one of the
beta builds) were the EXTERNAL COM check in combination with the SECOND KNOCK
option could loose it's configuration settings.  This problem/bug is fixed in
build 2265 (or more recent).

Did that path then include an IP address?
Do you still have a backup of the "old" entriesfile?  And does that load
correctly?  If not then can you send me (offlist) the entries file?

I just recently updated 6.1.2249 to 6.1.2264 and after that a lot of External
Com checks, Count files are corrupted.
The path to the folder is changed to just the ip-address. Also is the alarm
level is erased (empty)

Any idee about how to solve the problem?
