I'm not saying that there is always a problem on the server when you get this
error, but often there is. And most browsers won't mind the problem that there
is.

Typicaly this happens with HTTP/1.1 responses from the server, were the server
says that it will send 5000 bytes (example) and stop the connection after 4900
bytes. Meaning that the actual amount of send bytes is not correct compared to
what the server said it would send.

In SA this will give a down and this is based on the RFC not a correct
response.

In SA 6.2 you will still get a down in that situtation but with a different
error reason.

The strange think is that we check the server environment
(networking,firewall,application …)

And no problem has founded,Server alive show this site "down" for up to 10
minutes,

At this time when you browse to this web site all work fine and fast

This is something that was changed in the later version.

Do know that is several cases this error is due to a real issue on the
webserver
