The checkresult RRD logging is limited by the checktype. The EXTERNAL COM checks are not part of those that can be added to the checkresult RRD logging. The reason being that for an EXTERNAL COM check the result (that we get back from the COM check) can be a string and strings can't be added to the RRD databases.
In the case of a *nix diskspace check the result could be just a number, but for other COM checks that is not the case. Although I do understand your request, I'm afraid that this is something we can't add. Dirk Bulinckx.
