I envision this as a feature of the keyboard rather than SA. It would allow
more versatility to work with other programs. An open API would be necessary.
Thinkgeek.com would be the marketplace of choice for this type of item.
Just need start up capital and a programmer :-).

Interesting thought... a remote knuckle smacker!! If you can build that, I
know lots of us in IT would love to have that capability...

Can we license that method? I'd love to have that as a new feature :-)

We use a SA check for multiple instances. When we get an alert, we go hunting
for the perpetrator and smack his knuckles with a ruler.

Servers Alive can't be run twice as app that is already done.

The part you want to see as extra is that IF the service is running, that you
can start the app either, correct?

Just a random thought... We run SA as a service. We occasionally get the
scenario where someone (by ignorance or accident) connects to the SA box via
RDP (not as console) and runs a second occurrence of SA as a programme, which
of course causes big problems. I know that other people on the list have this
issue occasionally.

Would it be possible to only allow one instance of SA to run? I sometimes see
other programmes come up with a message to the effect of "you are already
running this programme" - could SA be configured to do this?
