Hi, I’m setting up Alpha Paging for the first time and I seem to be having some issues with it and I wanted to know if there was a guide I could follow for setting everything up.
My problem I’m having is everything looks to be setup correctly but when I “test” it I never receive a page on my pager. I’ve called my service provider and made sure I’m using the correct info on their end (phone number, bit settings etc.) but I’m still not having any luck. If there is no guide – one question I have off the top of my head is, do you need to put in dashes for the phone numbers? For example 1-555-777-8888 or would it simply be 5557778888 ? Any help is appreciated.
