The built-in webserver does not use IIS. 

 

 

Make sure that you don't have service and app running at the same time. 

Make sure that it's enabled within the setup. 

Then check within the logfile (set to maximum) if you see any type of access to 
the webserver.

Tried hitting Http://ipaddress:8080 (Http://ipaddress:8080) as well as 
:4310/status 

 

No luck with either.
