Thanks Dirk. I do I know that I am running Salive as a 'Service' and an 'App' at the same time. Will like prevent this from happening in future as we are a team of 3 who administer the Salive box.

The groups are normaly "auto-saved". Could it be that you were running service and app at the same time when doing the groups change? As for the crash, can't tell you why it happened. I guess that SA was running for a long time already on this system without those crashes? IF so, then what changed on the system? (also why still run 6.1 instead of 6.2?) dirk From: Servers Alive Discussion List [mailto:sal...@woodstone.nu] On Behalf Of Ahmed Hassan Sent: Tuesday, July 20, 2010 8:46 AM To: Servers Alive Discussion List Subject: [SA-list] The Servers Alive service terminated unexpectedly in the last 48 hours Hi Dirk, SAlive has crashed on two occasions in the last 48 hours - see errores below. I am running Salive Enterprise ver 6.1.2247 - Win 2003 Standard edition (3790) SP 2 (32 bits). I have also noticed that whenever I delete a Group name and click "SAVE" or "Save As" it does not save the changes. The deleted item re-appears after a reboot. Can you please help.
