I didn't experience the second problem though - my check times remained unchanged. The groups.grp file location has changed and the old file was not moved to the new location. Using filemon, I found the groups.grp file in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Servers Alive. I shut down Servers Alive and replaced the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Servers Alive\groups.grp with C:\Program Files\Salive\groups.grp, restarted Servers Alive and it was back to normal. 2. In Setup – General – Misc settings – Check Times, my settings were replaced.
