I upgraded to version 7.0.2505 Enterprise and have been having problems with it
locking up 2 to 3 times a week. The systray icon disappears and the service
says that it is running but I am unable to open the application because it says
one is already running. I have to end the process in task manager and restart
the service to get it to come back online. I am including a portion of the logs
from 2 different times this happened but I don’t know if they will be of
any help as the program just abruptly stops writing to them. Also, nothing
shows up in any of the event logs when this happens.

This is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2
