So both are failing? If you look in the remote eventlog does it show the user you configured for the check

But I am getting an authentication error when trying to connect to the NT Services of a server that is not joined to our domain. It's not joined to any domain for that matter. It was setup by a 3rd party, but what am I doing wrong? "Error getting the service information from 192.168.20.30 (5- 0-) àAccess is denied."
