Or (2) chmed -E volname It works everytime for me. Good morning! My archiver is telling me "no volumes available" for my disk archive copies, but df shows me there's space avaiable on them. samu's "D" view (Disk Volume Dictionary) shows all the volumes that have space have an "E" flag (error?), as below. Does anyone know how can I ID / clear this condition for these volumes? I have a case open w/ SUN but if anyone knows, it'd be super helpful. Thanks in advance for any insight! --Rob index space capacity used flags volume 0 4370151936 980862055936 336590944256 ----E-- ARCH_01 4 462541747200 980861787136 115028326400 ----E-- ARCH_05 5 127117142016 980861978112 484877754880 ----E-- ARCH_06 6 42829819904 980861793792 519147556864 ----E-- ARCH_07 9 13046919168 980862074880 569940294656 ----E-- ARCH_10 10 21334602752 980862038016 509181225984 ----E-- ARCH_11 13 105596833792 980862026240 515298539008 ----E-- ARCH_14 14 165837180416 980861952000 461399073280 ----E-- ARCH_15 _______________________________________________ sam-qfs-discuss mailing list sam-qfs-discuss at opensolaris.org http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/sam-qfs-discuss
