Hard to know what to write. I do know that I've been very sad since I heard the news a couple of hours ago - a very bad shock. I haven't met Malcolm either, but I too have spoken to him on the phone quite a few times, and he came across as one of the sincerest, nicest guys you could talk to - very passionate about the SAM and a great laugh - a genuinely nice guy. I have one of his emails in my inbox, sent during the week, to which I hadn't replied. I'm so very sad that I won't be able to send him a reply now. Goodbye Malcolm, you are sorely missed.
