Ah... Ye olde MaxiDOS disks. It loads a screen image from the higher tracks,
and then loads the dos from the same area, using a customized version of the
boot sector. You won't be missing too much if you don't have it - but
MaxiDOS was an old experiment of mine that pretty much *only* AJ got copies
of, so it's worth saving for posterity's sake (if you care :-)).

Alternatively, you can just load the DOS from another disk and then boot the
AJ disks to get them to run.

Subject: AJ Incorporates Demodisks

Does anyone still have the AJ Incorporates Demodisks?

Disks 1, 7 and 8 are on NVG in .td0 format, but only disk 8 appears to work.
Disks 1 and 7 use a custom boot loader (written by Simon Cooke?), which
attempt to read sector 1 from track 80 after the Press A Key prompt.
Unfortunately, the images only contain tracks 0 to 79 so they fail with a
loading error :-/

I'd like to see them re-imaged, with the missing disks added - can anyone
help?

Si
