The branch, master has been updated via dbd930c socket_wrapper/py_socket_wrapper.c - include Python 2.4 compatiblity code from 82b1702 Remove rawmemchr calls - found by Ira Cooper. These are glibc-specific calls, makes us completely non-portable.
