When adding users to filesystem ACL (on IBM AIX 5.1 and Samba 2.2.5) it works nicely, however when trying the same with groups it fails (from W2K client). If my interpretation, of the level 10 logs I have enabled, is correct, smbd tries to map the SID to UID but not to GID, when the UID lookup for the group fails. It then maps the unmapped SID to the "system" group (I guess the primary group for the testuser which is "Administrator" user-mapped to "root").
