Yes I did that about an hour ago, but just to be absolutely sure I went ahead and did the following again just about 2 minutes ago:
cvs update -d -P cd source make clean && ./configure && make
can you try:
cvs update -d -P cd source make distclean rm configure ./autogen.sh ./configure make
