[Samba] Install Problem Libpopt.so.0

I can not get the Caldera RPM to install on 3.1.1. It is saying i need the libpopt.so.0 Where can I get this and is the any documentation on installing it? I am currently using Samba 2.2.4 This is the first time i am sending in for help so if something is wrong let me know. Thanks.
