Yes, after re-creating the machine account, I took jrogers workstation out of the domain and into the workgroup, rebooted, and then added him back to the domain, put in root and its password at the prompt, and then it said "Welcome to the arlib domain". Just like on all the other Windows 2000 computers. But all the other Windows 2000 users can login fine, just not jrogers. I can go to his computer and login as me fine, but when I login as him, I get that error about his profile.
I even moved everything out of his home directory on the server and chmod it to 777 and I still get the same error. Adam On Mon, 4 Nov 2002, John T.
