Oops. I double checked amd see you did ask for help. Apologies.

1) Have you logged out and restarted samba since creating the new USB
printer?

2) What errors are reported in /var/log/cups/errors...?

3) What errors are being reported in /var/log/samba/... when you attempt
to print to this machine?
