[I'm not subscribed to this list, only to the italian one that redirect

I've found only an old post:

        http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba-technical/2005-June/041408.html

that say little or nothing.

I've done some test, but clearly with no clue at all, so simply could
be that i'm missing something...
[I've simply created a share, granting access to domain computers
(-515) group and removing guest access, that is the fallback
default]

So i'm asking here: can i access samba shares (by the way of the SYSTEM user)
as seems possible in a AD domains, eg:

        http://forums.techarena.in/active-directory/914815.htm

Seems to me that is only a 'client' setup (samba can authenticate with
machine account, i just use ntlm_auth and machine account in a radius
setup), but i don't understend why does not work:

1) i'm doing something wrong

2) is a client setup, but clients (XPsp3) activate this behaviour only
in AD, not in NT/Samba domains

3) samba does not support machine auth.

Please, help me. Thanks.
