Hi,

You can find last version of XFS ACL here :
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/SGILinux/cmd_rpms/i386

This version works with RH 7.3, do not hesitate to upgrade !

Do not forget to install the devel of acl and attr. And recompile Samba.
