Create a share [netlogon] that your users only have read access to. The logon script = parameter will then be relative to the path designated in that share.
For instance, if [netlogon] points to /usr/local/samba/netlogon and you have login script = %U.bat then /usr/local/samba/netlogon/fred.bat will be launched when the user fred authenticates.
