hi i'm running suse8.2 and have the MIT kerberos implementation as well as samba-3.0.0beta1 installed kinit [EMAIL PROTECTED] and net ads join works fine running smbclient //SERVER/stefans_share -k asks me for password and don't uses kerberos authentication instantly surprisingly i don't need to type a password in and can simply press enter and then kerberos authentication works - i tested some cases but how can i avoid that the password is requestet at first? - can somebody give me some help thanks stefan
