I have set up my samba server (2.2.5-10) as a pdc. NT and XP clients can logon fine. Win98 clients get "The domain password you supplied is not corect, or access to your logon server has been denied". If I make them part of the root group they can logon just fine. I have quite a bit of time in searching the docs on this, but cannot seem to find the answer.
