I have a symlink in my home dir to a dir in another user's home dir. This shared dir has group ownership of 'web', and the file permissions are 775. Both users are in the 'web' group On the linux box it works fine. I can modify files.
But from my PC I can't write... its like it doesn't know I am in the web group, so I get r/o access. What must I do to get me r/w access? Thank you.
