You should get these modules from your distribution. What distro do you have? If you distro doesn't include these modules (which is highly unlikely), then you can download them from www.cpan.org

You should try smbldap tools at http://samba.idealx.org/.
They have nice scripts to migrate samba to authenticate against ldap.
