I think with Redhat buying the full version gets you access to RHN, It tracks your actual config and allows you to easily download and install updated (and tested) RPMs. I think that is their main selling feature. With SUSE, I think the full version has monitoring tools that are not included in even the PRO version. Likely non-GPL stuff, but I'm not sure. Another issue is ACLs. I don't think the full Redhat release supports them. I don't know about Fedora.
