Hi there,

I've just upgraded a domain member file server from Samba 3.0.2a to
3.0.3, and I'm getting lots of "invalid request size" errors in the
logs. For example:

-----------
[2004/05/05 14:41:00, 0] nsswitch/winbindd.c:process_loop(726)
process_loop: Invalid request size from pid 13493: 1568 bytes sent,
should be 1824
This usually means that you are running old wbinfo, pam_winbind or
libnss_winbind clients
-----------

I've checked, and both /lib/security/pam_winbind.so and
/lib/libnss_winbind.so were updated at the time I installed 3.0.3, and
wbinfo --version prints 3.0.3. This is on Red Hat 9, and I installed
from a source RPM (with rpm -Fvh).

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Paul
