Ehh.. dunno don't think so.. (maybe the enterprice server??)

but try fedora core2, it has acl enabled in the kernel
and works ok...! (btw, you must enable acl in the fstab)
but if you realy need rh9, try updating and patching the kernel with
acl support... (work nice aswell!!)
