I presume that as they offer samba they have the correct ports open to let smb through???

I was told by our hosting provider that they do not support configuring my smb.conf file, but they feel that something is wrong, as they (the hosting providers) are able to connect and I am not. I have attached my smb.conf file and have no idea as to what might be wrong or what to change as I am not familiar with samba. I would appreciate any direction you could provide. Thank you.
