No. > Did I narrorwed down the problem a little? No. There may be other issues here - I would look at issues such as the domain sid, and machine's sid for it's machine account. Samba does not read the LM password. (Except in a buggy case solved by Samba 3.0.4). I always suggest trying with the current code, so grab current SVN and retry. Andrew Bartlett
