[Mitch says:] I'll probably go with the route of just saving the files - will tie email notification into our preferences DB (have to do that anyways to lookup their actual email domain which is not the same as their NT domain...) Would be neat if winpopup-like messages could be sent to a specific user - I know this can be done in Terminal Service Manager - is there a way to craft a winpopup message in net or smbclient to hit a single logged on user? (in a Terminal server env, a typical winpopup would hit everyone wouldn't it?)
