I think I've got it working. Apparently one just has to add the clamav user to the 'Domain Admins' group so that it can do it's job. I've been googleing around and it looks like a whole lot of people are missing this, i.e. that clamav.
I could use some pointers on how to be sure it is working though. I'm not seeing it in my logs, but I'm also not sure where to look.
