well disabling csc policy didnt solve this "problem". In windows I disabled "Only allow local user profiles" under gpedit.msc but same things. Windows keep copying profile from server to local and after logging of copying back to server. Some years before I did manage windows to use directly the profile located in server but cant remember how:( Any more help is appreciated.

Firstly I use the Nitrobit Group Policy Editor (which itself uses mmc) to ensure that client-side roaming profiles are deleted on the client PCs. No, I don't have any financial gain by using NGP, we pay for it.. Secondly, I have "csc policy = disable" in the [global] section of smb.conf. Roaming profiles are never copied back to the client PC. --Tonni -- Nothing sucksseeds like a pigeon without a beak ... mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.billy.demon.nl They love us, don't they, They feed us, won't they ... -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
