Not really. The underlying file system is case sensitive which means if we allow mixed case names it is very expensive to determine if a file doesn't exist. Does the software that maintains the contents run on the UNIX side of things ? If it runs on the Windows side it won't have to change, it'll work with the filenames whatever case they're returned.
