Hi list, I have problems while running a programm on a smb-share. Sometimes the prg shutsdown and in the log I found the following errors:
[2006/03/13 15:11:55, 0] smbd/oplock.c:oplock_break(869) oplock_break: client failure in oplock break in file So I have set the oplocks for this share to "false" and the level2 oplocks also to "false" But now samba logs the following errors: [2006/03/14 11:44:52, 0] smbd/open.c:open_file(193) Error doing fstat on open file data/dat33.dat (No such file or directory) Google showes me only, that this problem will be fixes with 2.2.4. But we have running smb-2.2.8a on our systems. An upgrade to 3.x is not possible. So we have to find a solution with smb 2.2.8a :-( -- Regards, Jens Strohschnitter ------------------------------------- *!!!LINUX LINUX LINUX LINUX LINUX!!!* * http://www.jens-strohschnitter.de * ------------------------------------- Set the controls for the heart of the sun ------------------------------------- -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
