Modify smbldap-useradd for
'gecos' =>
"$config{userGecos}",
to
'gecos' => "$userName",
or to whatever value you want it to be.

If you don't specify the option while adding new user, it will take the
default option from smbldap.conf file. Many of options can be specified
from the command line options.
