Firstly this isn't a Telnet/SSH list. Such subject must be send to correct lists and not here. Second, avoid use telnet, or anyone in your network can eavesdrop your passwords. Probably you can't connect using another user using SSH because your sshd_conf settings is blocking this. Check it.
