Dear list, on a productive system, samba 3.0.14a (Debian Sarge) produces hanging smbd processes. After some minutes, we have dozens of such spawned entries in ps-list. At this time, the domain controller is not available any more. The only workaround is to stop samba and killall -9 smbd before restarting samba.
Any hints for this? Kernel: 2.4.27-1-686 Memory: 1 GB -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
