[Samba] samba domain member server outside Active Directory domain

Is it possible to setup up a linux box (CentOS 5) as a samba member 
server outside of the Active Directory DNS domain ? If so, how should 
the krb5.conf be configured.

Active Directory Domain/Kerberos Realm: NET.COMPANY.ORG
Linux box DNS name: company.org
