Hi I tried your suggestion- export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<directory-where-libtalloc-lives> But still things are not working. I have installed samba in /tmp/samba/samba-3.2.5. I have installed samba in Unix, AIX server 5.2 The following are the steps of my installation. -Configure ./configure --with-smbwrapper --with-smbmount \ --with-msdfs --with-syslog --with-utmp 2>&1 | tee config.my.log -Compile make 2>&1 | tee make.log -Install make install 2>&1 | tee make-install.log.
I don't know how to proceed. I am still not able to start to samba daemons. Can anyone please help me out.
