Hi, Just to be clear, I do not want a Samba PDC or a Windows domain. I would just like to authenticate against OpenLDAP from a Windows XP Professional SP3 Client that is not connected to a domain. Authentication works, even with LDAP groups. The only problem is that Samba doesn't see my changes in the LDAP groups unless I restart the daemon.
