TFTP is one of those things that require a special usage; in itself
has no real security measure.

TFTP was put in as a prelude to SIP (phone over IP).  Like the way
most things get started with this server, Tod put it in for his own
purpose; but if you can dream up some solid uses for TFTP besides that
I'll bet Tod will listen provided it doesn't compromise security.
