Yes, you can. Go to the admin screen and click on "Server
Configuration". About half way down the page you'll find this:
Directory Lists
If no default index page is present, this boolean indicates
Yes whether the server should display the contents of the
No directory (automatically using an internal list mechanism.)
Select NO and save.
