Yep, see some of my entries:

[http]
Act As HTTP Proxy = true
Trace Proxy Usage = true
Enable Keep-Alive = true
Server Side Includes = shtml
Expire Server Side Includes = false
Server Scripts = stm
Expire Server Scripts = false
ASP Scripts = asp
Expire ASP Scripts = false
Truncate Logs = false
Trace Requests = true
Log Format = performance
Custom Log Format = %h %l %u %t "%r" %s %b
SQL Logger = false
SQL Log Cache =
SQL Log Query =
Don't Log IPs =
Don't Log Requests = *.gif *.jpg

and yet nothing in the proxy.log, it just sits there at zero bytes. Must have
something to do with "Windows 2000 Server" as Tod said.
