IF you trust the report, have you looked to see if any of these file could be in that folder? If yes, you do have something to worry about. Its most unlikely you have any of the shells in cour /cgi-bin/ unless you're using Cygwin or NT Services For Unix and have� moved the binaries from their default location If the files are definitely not there, I'd stop relying on that scanner as its reporting cannot be trusted.
