I',m sorry. Just to make clear that the claling of SMTP comes from
outside I used the wrong adress starting with http....
My mailer sure is using "smtp.at.my.domain ....."
Maybe (!) that the request will be handled internally anyway,
(exspecially the reverse lookup shows the internal name!), but any
access will be visible in the "server.log"-file....

Definite: no. No NetBIOS is used to outside, but yes: it is used in
internal net. It's wanted to get the internal name for each logentry,
but I don't want to see each mailboxcheck within the server.log!

Maybe I mismatched.... I used the option available at the user-interface
at version of Jul 1th. Will check again manually in /config

Oh, just while we discussing bugs:
Since installation of latest version I got another problem I haven't
seen discussed here meanwhile:
Have you ever tried to rearrange some users data?! I will get now again
and again a wrong display after pressing "update user" - and if I
select the same user again I still get this garbage. But the entries
I've made are ok.... only not visible via the interface.... little bit
worrying but just to let you know..
System here: fresh (!) XP-prof, installed three days ago...
