Don't want to speak on the subject of a news group however I would like to see the message of yours that didn't block the exe.. What I would recommend is that you open your inbox.fld with notepad and examine the message to determine why the routing filter did not delete it. Another thing you can do if you are using webmail is create a new folder, move the email message to it, logout of webmail, then zip the folder.fld and send me a personal copy. I will take a look at it and see how it is slipping by.
On another note, Tod has been working hard on the anti spam filters in conjunction with regex to improve its ability to dump attachments. I have been putting this off for some time but it may be time to start testing the spam filters. Tod mentioned a simple one liner that he had been using in his spam filters to block attachments.
