The mail is kept is a special archive per user mailbox. Once it gets to the mailbox, 
it's too late in the cycle. I want/need to intervene somewhere between the fetcher/MTA 
process and either kill'em or route'em on the fly depending upon what I find in the 
raw e-mail headers. You should setup e-mail in Sambar. It's a very educational process 
which does most certainly satisify many webmasters.
