Have you looked at the new enhancements Tod has made to spam.flt.. 
Personally I haven't looked at it but am under the impression that it is more powerful 
than routing rules.. Utilizing regex, Tod mentioned that he uses it to block his 
attachments now with a one liner. I have no doubt that it can find what your looking 
for in the headers before they hit the mail router(deliver to the mailbox).
